The 10 oz Magnificent Maples is the Royal Canadian Mint's primary entry in the large-format silver bullion coin market. Introduced in 2017 as the RCM's first 10 oz silver bullion coin, it carries a $50 CAD face value, .9999 fine purity, and the full suite of RCM security technologies: radial lines, micro-engraved laser maple leaf privy mark, and Bullion DNA anti-counterfeiting verification.

The reverse design by Canadian nature artist Celia Godkin features two sugar maple leaves (Acer saccharum) attached by their stems in a naturalistic falling-leaf pose, distinguishing it from the single-leaf design on the standard 1 oz Silver Maple Leaf.
