KJC Bullion, also known as KJC Coins Australia, is a Sydney precious metals dealer founded in 1995, with a showroom and private client office at Level 7, 12 O'Connell Street in the Sydney CBD. The business operates under the Jaggard Family Trust (ABN 19 588 508 041) and takes its initials from Kurt Jaggard Coins. It is a direct primary distributor for Perth Mint products across all product lines and an official agent for the Royal Australian Mint, stocking gold, silver and platinum bullion from the Perth Mint, ABC Bullion, PAMP and other LBMA-accredited refiners, alongside rare coins, collectible numismatics and Australian banknotes. Perth Mint Depository Online storage services are also offered through the firm.
The company's history includes several notable engagements. From 1995 it served as the exclusive Australian agent for the French Mint's 1998 FIFA World Cup coin programme, and in the years leading up to the Sydney 2000 Olympics it held Australia-wide distribution contracts with Thomas Cook branches. In 1999 it supplied, authenticated and graded gold Sovereigns valued at over AUD $1 million for the Perth Mint's 1899 to 1999 centenary celebrations. In April 2006 its auction arm, Kurt Jaggard Monetary Auctions, sold a 1920 Sydney Gold Sovereign for AUD $582,500, at the time the highest price paid for any Australian coin or banknote at public auction.
