PAMP Suisse Buddha Silver Bars

The PAMP Suisse Buddha bar is part of PAMP's Faith series, a five-design collection that represents major world religions through refinery bar artwork. The Buddha design depicts Siddhartha Gautama seated in the lotus position with rays of enlightenment radiating outward, rendered in classical Theravada and Mahayana artistic traditions. United Kingdom: Silver bars are subject to 20% VAT on purchase. This applies to all silver bullion in the UK, regardless of brand or origin. The PAMP Buddha bar is not CGT-exempt, as CGT exemption applies only to UK legal tender coins (such as the Silver Britannia). Gains on disposal are subject to CGT at the individual's rate, with the annual CGT allowance of £3,000 applying.
